ROUTES/HERE launched online

Bristol and the surrounding counties, October 2020

Following a successful six week pilot for adults who support young people who have been displaced, Art Refuge cemented the collaboration with foster carer and intercultural trainer, Alison Clarkson Webb to set out on a weekly online support group for foster carers, key workers, advocates and supported lodgings hosts in Bristol and the surrounding counties.

The pilot and current group came out of several requests to link up foster carers and others who support this group of young people and we were delighted to welcome so many participants from across the south west, who brought with them curiosity, playfulness, a desire to build up the network around the young people and to find new ways to connect throughout the coronavirus crisis.
