GEOGRAPHY, CLAY, FLOWERS - REFLECTIONS FROM PARIS

At the CEDRE, The Community Table has now become a familiar meeting point. This Thursday, the table was busy all afternoon, absorbing some of the tension in the air : there were animated discussions around the maps, and news of Boris Johnson’s resignation sparked questions about the Rwanda plan.

Meanwhile, there was cinnamon tea to drink, ayurvedic spices, or blackberries and mint from the CEDRE courtyard.

Many people worked with clay, making bowls, human figures, animals and furniture, and one young boy made a series of glowing slides with flowers and leaves. A short respite from the hot, dusty streets.
