NEW COLLABORATION IN KENT

Updated: Jun 7, 2021

Art Refuge has recently started a new monthly collaboration with Kent Refugee Action Network (KRAN) and its Learning for Life project which supports young people in their transition to college and other vocational pathways, Canterbury, Kent. Led by artists/art therapists Katie Miller & Emily Hollingsbee, The Community Table has to date been joined by young men, teachers and interpreters, exploring materials and media together. This image shows a table laid out with tools for hand-drawing slides and slide projections, to enable exploration, absorption, experimentation, imagination and group interaction.
